A bit about the print; Phoebe. Inspired by an impression sheet from Liberty’s Printworks at Merton Abbey. Liberty owned the South London Printworks from 1904 until 1972. Paragraph a printing impression was the first trial of a design on paper and is often the only record of artwork kept in the archive. This tiny ditsy floral was first printed of the scarf in 1966.
